ENVY Cheer Flex and Strength Program

ENVY-Flex

The Envy Flex and Strengthening program is to advance ALL athletes. Yes! All athletes are welcome to participate. The class is open to all skill levels and positions. This program is perfect for:

  • strong and stable jumpers
  • tumblers
  • and flyers!


It is important to note that no journey worth traveling comes easy, nor was any great empire built in a day. 

Will the effort be worthwhile? OF COURSE!

About the training

Skills are partnered with Cheer Conditioning Academy and Flexibilities.

    • Athletes will unlock enhanced flexibility, improved range of motion and injury prevention by nurturing their natural flexibility.
    • Mastering splitsbackbends and need positions.
    • Strengthen your muscles for improved flying skills, jumps, acrobatics, and daily activities.
 
 

Minimum 2 class per week 

Open to everyone
55-minute class

Ideal for new students focusing on body awareness, balance, stretch safety, breathing techniques, and range of motion.

Minimum 2 class per week

Graduates from Level 1
70-minute class

Intense and rigorous flex schedule emphasizing range of motion, jump and flight endurance. Includes dynamic drills, stretches, muscle elongation, stability, and contortion preparation.

Minimum 2 classes per week 

Graduates from Level 2
80-minute class

Students may still be in Levels 1 or 2 for other disciplines. Focus on heavy contortion, strength building, surpassing normal ranges of motion, back strength and mobility, along with dynamic and static flexibility drills.

Requires maturity, dedication, willingness, and ability to apply class material.

Flex Class Mantra

There is no “I can’t” in our vocabulary in any way shape or form.

In place of “I can’t” please have your athlete memorize the following affirmation as we will begin and end classes with the phrase and they will also empower themselves by reciting this when they want to give up or say “I can’t”

“What I will, I can!
I believe I can do hard things!
I can do anything I put my mind to!
I am resilient! I CAN!
